Meet our team:
Diana C. Narducci
President and owner of AccuBuild Construction, she has over twelve years hands-on experience in the general construction field. She is directly involved in every project, regardless of size. Her responsibilities include monitoring the project from start to finish, constant supervision of on site superintendants and personnel, and subcontractor and vendor relations. She is dedicated to detail, communication, and production. Diana’s commitment to the Clients and their utmost satisfaction is her primary goal.
Jaswant K. Mangru
Vice President and owner of AccuBuild Construction, he has been in the general contracting industry for over eleven years. His expertise is “behind the scenes”, dotting the I and crossing the T. He assures the accuracy in bids, contracts, additional work authorizations, weekly reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance requirements and project manuals. Jaswant is committed to providing the Client with security and peace of mind, freeing the Client from nonessential dilemmas that may arise.
Scott Caridi
Senior Project Manager and Consultant of AccuBuild Construction, he brings over thirty years experience in contracting and construction to our team. He specializes in ground up construction and interior fit-outs. Scott is the consummate problem solver. He relies on his vast trade experience to solve Client, Contractor, Site and Vendor conflicts that may incur due to budget, planning, scheduling or product defect.
Anil Sharma
Construction Manager and Estimator of AccuBuild Construction, has over twenty years experience in construction and civil engineering. He is responsible for the estimation of each project and assists with its timely delivery. Anil handles much of the pre-construction process, including scheduling, site evaluations, budgeting and coordination with Architects, Engineers, and Clients.
